This enables you to add value as an advisor tailored to where they are in their maturity. It also enables you to help the client visualize what's ahead and what they need to do now to be ready for the next stage. We will cover the typical stages of maturity and what companies need at each stage. We will also discuss how to assess and engage with the client to better help them realize their goals and reach the next stage of maturity.
